The Clark Fork River Whitewater trip runs through the Alberton Gorge, a deep, forested river gorge carved by the great Missoula Floods over 10,000 years ago. The heart of the Alberton Gorge runs through the heart of western Montana just 2.5 hours from Spokane and 2 hours from Coeur d’ Alene.

The Alberton Gorge on the Clark Fork combines scenic floating, swimming, BIG FAMILY WHITEWATER, a mouthwatering lunch, a big rock to jump off and eagles and ospreys that fish and dive from Big Montana Sky above.

Spokane River
